Grapefruit Diet (weight loss up to 3 kg)

Grapefruit wonderful breaks down fats ... Just do not sit on this diet, if you have any stomach problems, such as gastritis or an ulcer

Breakfast: half a grapefruit, boiled egg, a slice of rye bread, coffee or tea with lemon.

Lunch: half a grapefruit, two boiled eggs, coffee or tea with lemon.

Dinner: half a grapefruit, two hard boiled eggs (or cooked any other way, not roasted!). Tea with lemon.
