Cottage cheese and bananas (you can get rid of 3 kg)

Day 1 and 3

Breakfast: and Dinner: 120 g cottage cheese, 1 grapefruit.
Lunch: 120 g cottage cheese, 1 slice of melon.

Day 2 and 4

Breakfast: a banana, a glass of skim milk.
Lunch: banana, a boiled egg.
Dinner: 200g steak, 2 bananas.
